ERZINCAN HOUSING PROJECT
ERE has completed this housing project of 464 units
within 15 months in Erzincan, the city which is beeing rebuilt after the
severe, destructive earthquake occurred in 1992. All site devolepment
works and exterior works including all utilities, roads and landscaping
as well as playground areas were completed within the scope of this
project. This project was funded by World Bank and based on the contract
documents prepared on the basis of FIDIC RULES. Total area of
construction was 54 000 sqm.
BURSA HOUSING PROJECT
This project which was awarded by the state Ministry
for the Bulgarian refugees of Turkish origin, was grouped in 24
buildings. Ưn an area of about 22 000 sqm. Site development as well as
utilities and services in the land plot, were included in the scope of
this project. ERE used tunnel form work for the cast in place concrete
structures for 516 flats and 48 basement units. Total area of
construction was 33 000 sqm.
