ERE was founded in 1975 by Ersin Ozturk and Resat
Koymen (both MSCE, METU 1968) as an engineering and construction company.
In the first few years, ERE successfully completed the
construction of various military structures for the Turkish Air Force and
the US Air Force. The fast-growing enterprise later expanded into
telecommunication, defense and energy sectors.
ERE built a brilliant reputation by successfully
completing numerous contracts for the Turkish Ministries of Defense and
Energy and Natural Resources, the Turkish Telecommunication Authority,
General Directorate of State Airports Administration, Turk Telecom,
various universities, US Corps of Engineers and other prestigious
clients.
