BIRKAPILI HEPP Opening Ceremony, April 30th, 2004
Works of 'Sogutozu & Dagpazari Regulators and
Birkapili HEPP' which had commenced on October-2001 were completed on
March-2004 and plant had started commercial opertion, following the
Preliminary Acceptance on March 11th, 2004.
Opening Ceremony of the plant is held on April 30th,
2004, with the kind participations of Minister of Energy Dr. Hilmi GULER,
Energy Market Regulatory Authority Chairman Mr. Yusuf GUNAY and Mr.
Korkut OZAL alongwith a strong interest from protocol, local public and
guests.
We would like to present our sincere gratitude to all
our guests who honoured our ceremony with their attendance.
